In the context of major projects of ever growing complexity more and more decisions need to be made together while the technical, legal and economic basis becomes more extensive and complicated including not only basic conditions of the project itself but also conflicts of interest between the parties involved.
Hence conflicts become more and projects resp. projectmembers are more frequently in need of professional assistance.
The main focus of my work is assisting my clients with expertise and experience as an engineer as well as a coach following a holistic approach: Understanding what actually happened (process, decisions) and what the client needs in the situation, and furtheron obtaining a coherent overall picture as e.g. a viable basis for providing evidence and raising the key questions.
